Rental customers
If you rent The Leading Hand, support is covered for the life of the Rental. Just give us a call or send an email. Upgrades are sent automatically as they become available.
Purchase customers
When you purchase The Leading Hand you receive six months free technical support and upgrades. After this you go onto our Yearly Support Service. This services ensures you receive full support and upgrades for your Leading Hand program. For a low annual fee you get support by telephone, email, remote access and fax, plus all major and minor updates.
